myself and Lil Rat…the Georgia connection. Painless Paul has been around for as long as I can remember and we grew up in this business at the same time.Paul had a studio in Atlanta in the 70's up until the 90's that was known as "Ace Tattoo" and you could not mention tattooing and Atlanta in the same sentence without Paul's name coming up.Paul used to come to Columbus to visit with Sailor and he has his own stories to tell. Paul has a new tattoo studio in Atlanta by the name of "Painless Paul Nelson's Tattoo World" if your in the area drop in check his shop out. Lil Rat also got his start in the tattoo business with Sailor Bill and he worked here in Columbus for awhile.Lil Rat and I grew up together in this business at the same time also and he has a studio in Macon Georgia by the name of "Beyond Taboo Tattoo" and you really should pay him a visit if you are in the area or you can go there now by going to the links page and catch a ride from there. I have had a chance to meet and work with a lot of people that have really had an impact on my life and I am forever thankful for all that this culture has given to me. |
