


It has been 25 or more years since these photos
were taken and I have seen many shops
today that aren't as well laid out or as clean.Sailor could always put together a very
successful shop..if only I had half the money that this man made at this location. I
remember working 18 hour days non-stop day in and day out.It seemed as if the line of
soldiers waiting to get tattooed would never get any shorter....Old School Tattooing

This is how you were most likely to see Sailor if
you came into the shop unless of course
he was on his knees in the floor shooting dice or on the pool table playing some 9 ball
for
a hundred dollars a ball...or he could be sitting in his favorite chair with a half a
gallon of Crown Royal in one hand and a 9mm in the other.You just never knew what was next
and that was Old School Tattooing and I sure am surprised that I survived but I guess it's
just like Sailor used to say "this shit ain't real anyway"......Old School
